Gladys Holts
Email Message from Gladys Holts to Diana Walker in early 1998: “Yes, the products are already having a good effect. For one thing, I sometimes look in the mirror and see some life, not just a body. I know there are changes going on inside but it is the colour returned to my face and my uplifted feeling that are outwardly apparent. This certainly encourages a person to keep on. Also, so far it is easy.” This picture of me was taken in August, 2002 just short of my 74th. birthday. A far cry from my state of health when just doing normal stuff day to day was a chore. Over several years I had been diagnosed with such scary things as inflammatory carcinoma and a host of heart, liver, kidney & lung problems when often a grand lot of drugs were prescribed. I refused most of them. In 1997 I heard of a holistic doctor. He too had me on medications and vitamin supplements to the tune of about $300.00 a month. It wasn’t doing much. According to him I wasn’t absorbing anything because I had no hormones at work, my thyroid was useless and I was loaded with toxins; everything including mercury fillings. It was during that time I heard about the Chinese Herbal Foods and under the tutelage and support of Diana Walker this old body began to regenerate. I sure loved a lot of the wrong foods and really did a number with them. There has been a lot of stress and sadness in my life and some tough times. But you know what? Combine some powerful, positive affirmations with Chinese Herbal foods and you can overcome most of what hits you. Stock up and indulge in Chinese Herbal regenerating foods, good thoughts, good deeds and be happy!!! Gladys Holts Update October 2005 -- Gladys is doing awesome, and helped co-host a TeleClass with me. Gladys summarized the wonderful benefits of Soothing Oil and Balm. SOOTHING OIL AND BALM AND WAYS TO USE IT: For motion sickness use on tongue, neck, forehead & stomach. For drowsiness when you are driving rub some balm on the stem of your neck. If you have pains in your feet or in case of a chest cold massage either the oil or balm on the soles of your feet. It works faster if you soak your feet first in hot water or use it after a bath. Pain in your kidneys? Massage with Soothing Oil and Balm. Another said her massage therapist adds the oil to her regular massage oil for overall benefit. In case of canker or cold sores or toothache apply either oil or balm. No Tylenol needed for the toothache. For that undigested-food-feeling massage the stomach with balm in an anti-clockwise motion. Insect bites. Ear aches and/or sinus congestion, rub it either behind or in the ear. Swollen glands, either underarm or throat, just massage it on. Sore throat, a couple of drops of oil in some tea or a smear of balm on the tongue. For headaches rub on your temple, even works for migraines according to one user. Use as a breath freshener. Those who have visited the manufacturing plant and been in the room where the oil and balm are formulated say they never want to leave it and workers have to trade shifts to keep them all happy. The air is so fresh. So one gal uses it in her home as aroma therapy now and another clears smoke filled rooms with a spay of 2 oz. of water, 10 drops of F&V Rinse & 2 or 3 drops of Soothing oil. By the way, if you get it in your eyes it will make them water but absolutely will not harm them, only benefit them. Of course the primary use has always been for aches, sprains and joint pains.
